Description of Events
SESSION ONE
Embracing AI to Thrive in the Future of Work
The landscape of work is shifting and new technologies—from AI and ChatGPT to machine learning and digital sharing systems—have significant implications for how we work, what we do and our value to organizations. Join us for a discussion about the promise of new technology as well as the peril—including how work will shift, how we should respond and how we can create work experiences that are inspiring, engaging and humane in the midst of it all. We’ll share new research and fresh perspectives on how technology is driving the future of work and work experience.
SESSION TWO
Expanding Your Influence in the Future of Work
It’s a VUCA world and the future is volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous—and we’re more distracted and distanced than we’ve ever been. Amidst these challenges, you can influence others and create meaningful relationships based on science. Learn evidence-based strategies to (positively!) influence others, get things done and make things happen.
SESSION THREE – PANEL
Leading for Impact in the Future of Work
In the future of work, leaders are under increasing demands. Join seasoned leaders, Matt Edmonds (CDI Solutions), Mark Hash (EskewDumezRipple), Brandi Johnson (Thunder Marketing/SMPS), who will share how they are responding to today’s challenges—from technology and talent to the new skills they seek in employees and what they believe makes employees stand out and shine.
